Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse to join a dedicated neonatal team providing specialist care to premature and critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high‑quality family‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care to neonates in intensive and high‑dependency settings
- Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusions, and specialist neonatal equipment
- Support parents and families with compassion and clear communication
- Work collaboratively with neonatologists, paediatricians, and the wider MDT
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safeguarding standards
- Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development
