KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage night audit process, including balancing guest accounts and resolving discrepancies.
2. Oversee front office operations during night shifts.
3. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of guest billing and payment processing.
4. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
