As the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, the Night Auditor handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures seamless communication between departments.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversees, coordinates, and directs the service, operations, logistics, and activities of the Front Office and other operational departments during the allocated night shift.
Responds to requests presented by guests during night operating hours and works closely with relevant department night teams to assist department managers, ensuring a coordinated effort between teams.
