Job Description
The Night Auditor performs night auditing duties, supervising Night Receptionists and assisting Night Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations working a 4 on / 4 off rotation at night. This role is fixed term for 12 months as a maternity cover.
- Coordinate and supervise all night team members; support and assist when and where necessary
- Ensure hotel Lobby is manned at all times, guests are acknowledged and greeted with the smile and eye contact
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance team to assist in ensuring health and safety of the staff members and guests of the hotel
- Complete the Night Audit each night, submitting reports to the relevant teams.
- Cross check daily submissions, allowances, charges performed by the Front Office team.
