Qualifications
- Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
- With at least 3 years of experience in a guest service role and strong knowledge of surrounding areas
- Night audit experience and accounting background is an asset
- Excellent communication, guest service, time‑management and computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation
- Detail‑oriented, a team player and self‑starter
- Able to work independently and effectively in an innovative, fast‑paced and multi‑tasked environment
- Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
