**Night Auditor, The American Club**

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
+ Printing reports for management relating to following day’s business
+ Checking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
+ Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
+ Regularly checking the resort with regard to safety and security issues – lights, fires, obstructions etc.
+ Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately
This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
