Our award-winning kitchen team has an exciting new opportunity for Senior Chef de Parties, Nights to join us on a permanent basis working in the Main Kitchen. You will prepare a variety of refined and beautifully presented offerings, all crafted with the finest sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for your own section while gaining invaluable guidance and development within a multi‑outlet hotel kitchen. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
In this role you will exceed the food quality expectations of the Old Course Hotel guests while being responsible for the daily successful operation of the night menu.
