Job Description
We are looking for the Enthusiastic Club Manager for our Newly opened club with the following qualities.
- Manage and oversee all nightclub operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar and floor staff
- Ensure a high level of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and liquor laws
- Plan and organize events, parties, and promotions
- Analyze sales and revenue reports
- Implement innovative strategies to improve services and attract more customers
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the venue
- Proven work experience as a Nightclub Manager, Bar Manager, or similar role
