Job Description
• Must have the legal right to work in Japan (Japanese citizenship or a valid work visa/work authorization).
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese is required.
POSITION SUMMARY
Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, especially during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Personally, assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks.
夜間帯におけるホテルの責任者（Manager on Duty）として、ホテル全体の運営を統括します。特に夜勤時間帯において、最高水準のホスピタリティとサービスを提供できるよう管理・監督を行います。
また、ゲスト対応や施設運営に関する問題解決においてホテル経営陣を代表し、必要に応じて自ら対応しながら課題解決および業務遂行を行います。
