Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore – a 454‑room beachfront resort located 15 minutes from the city.
We are seeking a Night Duty Manager to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery and high guest satisfaction during night shifts.

- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and service quality during night shifts to drive continuous improvements in guest experience
- Supervise, direct, and motivate the Front Office team to maintain high performance and current knowledge of hotel products and services
- Communicate operational updates and hotel offerings clearly to colleagues to ensure consistent service standards
