Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the overnight and guests’ experience is relaxing and effortless.
- Maintain guest information with integrity and discretion.
- Respond to guest requests, process nightly guest service tasks and nightly reports.
- Serve as calm, caring presence that allows guests to rest and wake to excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality – ideal; familiarity with front desk or night audit duties is a plus.
