SALARY: £30,000–£34,000 FTE (£27,000–£30,600 actual for 33.75 hours) + £3,000 overnight bonus
About the Role
There is now an opening for an experienced counselling professional to join a growing, service-led organisation providing employee support and occupational health services.
You will provide emotional support via a 24/7 helpline, complete clinical and risk assessments, act as an online CBT mentor, and handle calls, emails, and live chat contacts.
