As Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hotel in the absence of senior leadership, maintaining a high standard of guest service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations. This is a hand-on role where you will lead from the front and support a small night team
- Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift
- Provide exceptional guest service, handling enquiries, check-ins/outs, and guest concerns
- Coach, mentor and inspire the Night Team to excel in their roles
- Ensure compliance with hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the implementation, training, and continuous improvement of SOPs across night operations
