Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort wish to recruit a Night Porter to work within our Front Office team during overnight hours.
We are seeking a reliable, guest-focused individual who enjoys delivering excellent service and ensuring that every guest feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Porter will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the night shift and acting as the main point of contact for guests after hours.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to all guests throughout the night.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and issuing room keys as required.
