Introduction
An FMCG Company based in Gauteng are looking for a Night shift manager form 16:00 - 2:00.
Duties & Responsibilities
- STOCK — Attention to accuracy and correctness (expiry dates, stock rotation, quantities of different products)
- Verify at least ten trucks during your shift.
- Manage de-briefing according to company procedures and protocall.
- Management and control of stock counts — ensure accurate reporting of stock
- Punctual with attendance and assignments
- Cleanliness of premises — Outside, loading area and returns
- Cleanliness of cold room, products in rows and grouping of products
- Escalation of errors/damage on system with evidence
- Management of FIFO in cold room to avoid stock losses.
- Daily checking and recording of products' dates
- Management of damaged stock to avoid losses.
