Job Description
My client is a fast-growing, forward-thinking manufacturing business investing heavily in its future. They are looking for a Multiskilled Engineer to join their night shift team on a temporary basis of up to 16 months.
The Multiskilled Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Time-served or Level 3 qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (with strong mechanical experience)
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment
- Confident carrying out fault finding, strip-downs, and rebuilds on production machinery
- Experience working on conveyors, pumps, bearings, chains, belts, and rotary machinery
- Familiar with pneumatic systems including valves, cylinders, and airlines
- Able to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to improve equipment reliability
