Overview
We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Order Quality Assurance to support our order processing team. This role ensures all customer orders are complete, accurate, and fully prepared before production submission.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer orders for completeness and accuracy prior to production submission
- Ensure all required details, specifications, and documentation are properly entered
- Identify and correct errors or missing information to prevent production delays
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives, Customer Operations Manager, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
