Job Description
Job title: Female Night Support Worker (Adult Learning Disabilities)
Hourly rate: £12.91/hr
Location: Mirfield (WF14)
Hours: Full or part-time roles available
Shift pattern: 10hr shifts, 9:15pm – 7:15am.
This role involves providing personal care to female service users. For reasons of dignity and privacy, it is necessary for the post-holder to be female. This requirement is permitted under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, Paragraph 1, as a genuine occupational requirement. We are particularly interested in females who speak Pashto, this is desirable although not essential.
