Job Description
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including floor layout, lighting, sound systems, and VIP services. Ensure the venue opens and closes securely.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Manage budgets, track daily sales and P&L (profit and loss), and oversee cash handling. Manage bar inventory, bottle programs, and supply procurement.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise floor staff, bartenders, waitstaff, and security personnel.
- Guest Relations & VIP Services: Drive membership acquisition and manage relationships with VIPs, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals. Handle customer feedback and mediate conflicts.
