Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in software, website, or application monitoring in a NOC, BPO, or similar environment
- Proficient in monitoring tools and ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify issues
- Excellent English communication skills for interacting with international clients
- Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Work Schedule: Shifting schedules with two rest days per week
