Job Description
As a NOC Engineer, you will provide Junior - Mid-level monitoring, operational support, and incident coordination for an enterprise Office Collaboration and system administration environment. You will help ensure service availability, timely incident response, and accurate operational reporting across collaboration platforms, infrastructure services, and supporting network components.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Monitor infrastructure, collaboration services, and system alerts to identify service disruptions, performance issues, and operational risks.
- Perform incident handling, initial diagnosis, ticket triage, escalation, and follow-through to support timely service restoration.
- Support Office Collaboration operations involving DNS, DHCP, SMTP, OKTA, PAM, AWS Route 53, GCP DNS, Zimbra, Windows Server Update Services, and related enterprise services.
