Job Description
A core member of Cboe's global infrastructure organization, the NOC Engineer is a highly technical, hands‑on engineer responsible for supporting, operating, and improving the reliability, performance, and fairness of network connectivity across all trading platforms—including on‑premises and cloud environments. This role is designed for experienced network technologists who combine deep networking fundamentals with foundational cloud engineering awareness, modern automation, AI‑assisted tooling, and software‑driven operations.
The role works on a structured shift schedule to support Cboe's global follow‑the‑sun coverage model. Shifts span Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday, ensuring overlapping regional support and continuous weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable supporting critical infrastructure during extended shifts and participating in an on‑call or escalation rotation as required.
