Job Description
The Operations Manager II for the Network Operations Center (NOC) Program will oversee the 24/7/365 operational health, performance, and uptime of critical network infrastructure. This role bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, leading multi-tiered engineering teams to ensure strict SLA compliance and rapid incident resolution.
Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years in IT/Network infrastructure, with 3+ years managing 24/7/365 shift-based teams.
- Direct experience leading P1/Severity 1 major incident bridges and driving down MTTR.
- Framework Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Proven track record of owning, reporting, and defending contractual SLAs/KPIs.
- Certifications: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or Intermediate, PMP, CCNA/CCNP (inactive technical certifications are acceptable).
