Key Tasks:
Monitor Nodnett transmission, base station, control room and core network elements using developed tools.Identify and interpret alarms and comprehension of alarm impact.Ability to prioritise alarms and incidents and act accordingly.Provide first line investigation support on customer faults received.Operate daily within a structured ITIL framework.Understand and operate within clearly defined SLA (service level agreements) agreements.Escalate faults to second line support, providing the necessary detail.Maintain good working relationship with customers whilst showing knowledge and competence.Provide support to field technicians.Understand escalation and emergency procedures and when to invoke them.Log ticket information clearly and update regularly.<...
