As a Non-CDL Transportation Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing room revenue. Inside this role you will provide world-class customer service by transporting guests to and from resort location safely and efficiently.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Greet guests with promptness and courtesy, attending to their shuttle needs while providing exceptional customer service.
+ Complete a pre-trip checklist daily to ensure the safety and functionality of the shuttle.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
+ Log into the shuttle app to efficiently manage shuttle operations.
+ Assist guests with any needs including luggage when needed.
+ Always operate shuttle in a safe manner maintaining all traffic rules and regulations.
