Job Description
Our client, a leading full service law firm is looking to recruit a solicitor to join their highly regarded construction team to focus on non contentious work. Acting for a range of clients including developers, public sector bodies and contractors you will deal with the construction aspects of major property developments, regeneration projects and engineering projects. You can expect to be involved in significant engineering projects, , particularly in the energy sector ( on shore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar tidal/wave etc). Applicants must have at least 8 years post qualified experience in non contentious construction (there is flexibility around being appointed at Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level) strong technical skills and be client focussed.
