Role
The team undertakes non‑contentious construction work from a real‑estate perspective and recent projects include:
- Advising a household name on construction documentation regarding their UK expansion
- Advising a local authority on the design and construction of an Olympic‑sized sports facility
- Café and landscape developments
- Forward‑funded student accommodation
- UHNW residential development
