The role of the Recruiter is critical for CIEL s growth and the vision of emerging as one of the largest and most respected companies in recruiting and staffing.

- User of Social Networks and Internet in general to connect with people and find Recruiting Process: (Non IT staffing is recruitment for Non IT contract roles, Perm hiring is recruitment for perm roles in a predetermined industry sector, General Staffing is for recruiting General skills across industry sectors)
- Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
- Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
