Responsibilities:
- Handle End-to-End Recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
- Handle salary negotiation and offer release process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate database.
- Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. <...
