Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
Responsibilities
This role is expected to perform non-voice processing of services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, performing on-line data entry.
