Become a pivotal part of Norbec’s expansion as a Plant Maintenance & Manufacturing Engineering Department Manager at our new facility in Strathroy, Ontario. Oversee capital projects and enhance operational efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
This hands-on role requires significant experience in manufacturing and engineering leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the reliability of our production equipment. Strong project management skills and a commitment to team success are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
