**Location**: Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, or Stockholm
**The Opportunity**
Join our Nordic Deal Activation team, a group of strategists, commercial specialists, and creatives. You'll work alongside our wider EY business to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, driving sales in key services such as business and technology transformations, sustainability advisory, and much more. This position is Nordic, and you can work from either Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden. You will be a part of a Nordic team, working and reporting on a Nordic level.

- Develop and implement pursuit strategies with Opportunity Partners and Service Line Pursuit Leaders and Pursuit Teams
- Coach pursuit teams to help bring the best out of their specific roles and collaborating together, while ensuring adherence to the pursuit process and effective client engagement.
