Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional roadside assistance in Nordic languages through phone and digital channels for luxury car customers
- Quickly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions for various roadside emergencies
- Collaborate effectively with service providers, such as towing services and garages, to ensure swift assistance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
