Technical Service Manager
Our client, an established specialist in innovative food display and gastronomic equipment, is looking for a hands‑on, solutions‑driven Technical Service Manager to build and lead their national service and installation infrastructure from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop a national network of skilled installers and technical service partners.
- Train partners and staff on proper installation and service standards.
- Establish service processes, documentation, and escalation workflows.
- Track service performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent technical services in client meetings and negotiations.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Strong technical background in food service equipment, refrigeration, kitchen systems, or similar.
- Experience managing spare parts and service inventory.
