We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Solution Specialist to join an international cloud solutions team in an on-site role. This is a great opportunity to work closely with clients and support them in adopting and optimizing cloud-based products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with cloud solution inquiries and needs
- Provide tailored recommendations based on client requirements
- Work closely with sales and technical teams
- Assist in onboarding and implementation processes
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth service experience
Requirements
- Norwegian (C1–C2)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in cloud technologies and digital solutions
- Experience in customer support, sales, or IT-related roles is a plus
- Comfortable working on-site
