NOW HIRING: TSR – Blended Phone/Email (WFH)
Start Date: Asap
Package: ₱27,000 basic + ₱2,000 allowance
Project: EV Charger Service Provider
Employment Type: Project-based (tenure depends on account duration)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support (hardware/software preferred)
Advantage: Experience with EV chargers or IoT devices
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi/Ethernet)
Can navigate mobile apps and web portals
Able to follow troubleshooting scripts and escalate properly
Soft Skills
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability
