Job Description
Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to consider a full-time position with Liberty Healthcare’s medical group at DHCI - a highly rated skilled nursing facility located in Smyrna, Delaware.
Responsibilities
+ Providing primary care to a case load of approximately forty patients
+ Rounding on units daily and evaluating patients
+ Conducting examinations, performing diagnostic tests, providing preventive care, developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, and prescribing medications
+ Providing consultation and health education to nursing and ancillary staff
+ Collaborating with the facility's onsite Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, RNs, and direct support staff
+ Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
