Job Description
Vertiv is seeking an experienced NPDI Sourcing Engineer to join the Global Procurement Team. This role will lead sourcing and procurement activities for assigned product lines throughout the New Product Development and Introduction (NPD/NPI) lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as the primary procurement interface between Engineering, Commodity Management, Suppliers, and Manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches, supply chain readiness, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
The role is responsible for supporting prototype builds, supplier selection, BOM cost management, production transfers, risk mitigation, and procurement deliverables from concept through mass production.
This will be an onsite position and can be based in one of the following facilities: ROI - Burnfoot or Letterkenny, NI - Campsie.
