Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To effectively participate in new product transfer.
- Strong hands‑on technical knowledge on process, products and test methodology as well as applications transferred.
- Responsible for the process documentation (e.g., Manufacturing instructions, visual aids, Bill of Material, etc.).
- Provide technical support and data analysis on product/process related issues and product/process improvements.
- Evaluate product yield, cost, performance to ensure smooth transition into production.
- Practice Risk‑Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering.
