This individual will be involved with NPI Operations and Engineering, ensuring readiness for new product releases, solving design and manufacturing challenges, and driving projects to enhance factory yield. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field is required, alongside experience in Electro-Mechanical assembly and effective communication skills.
