Job Description
Act as the key contact person for customer on R&D projects.
Work closely with the Sales Team and R&D technical team providing technical advisory support, to manage customer initial and ad-hoc requirements during inquiry, conception, design, build, and delivery stages of R&D projects.
Act as the bridge between internal R&D teams and customers to provide required technical information such as project status updates, delivery progress, and technical reviews.
Work with the R&D Teams to manage the R&D workflow (priorities) in alignment with project and customer requirements.
Manage the R&D interface with other internal teams to facilitate efficient progress of the R&D project.
Prepare and provide regular project status updates to the customer (as needed) and management.
