**Adecco Is Hiring** **Execute the transition of the engineering design of a custom electrical and mechanical solution into a product that can be built in a manufacturing environment and migrated into a general manufacturing plant.**
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES List the primary duties and responsibilities required to perform this job in order of importance; typically 4 to 6 key responsibilities.**
**• Interpret and take action from electrical and mechanical schematics in order to build a product.**
**• Change or red line any design changes or mistakes.**
**• Communicate the technical changes and instructions into a format that can be used both by other less skilled production operators and to design engineers.**
**• Physically build higher end product solutions as requested by management.**
**• Lead project teams on the floor that are partnering on a given solution.**
**• Provide team leadership to project teams.**
