Basic Job Functions:
NTP-LV i s seeking applicants for the position ofSafety Engineer. Potential candidates must have a positive recommendation from their Supervisor, Department Manager, and General Manager (if applicable) as well as the following basic qualifications:
+ Cultivate a culture of safety awareness & housekeeping stewardship
+ Provide support/resources to operations, maintenance and engineering for the implementation of safety and ergonomic improvements.
+ Understand, implement and communicate federal, state and local OSHA regulations.
+ Develop, organize and deliver safety training
+ Review, develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
+ Maintain safety (OSHA 300 logs) records
+ Interaction with regulatory agencies
