Job Description

About the Role

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures through the safe preparation, administration, and monitoring of radiopharmaceuticals, utilization of nuclear imaging equipment, and accurate processing of imaging data.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures quality patient care
  • Radiation safety compliance
  • Adherence to institutional, regulatory, and professional standards in support of patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes


Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology or BS Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science or BS Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist or Medical Technologist or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Authorized Nuclear Medicine Technologist
