**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Nurse Aide, you will work under the supervision of the RN Charge Nurse/Director of Nursing. Every day you will provide nursing care as assigned. You will be expected to practice as a team member in deliver of care. To be successful in this role, you must be committed to social justice, health equity and prepared to deliver cleanliness in new and innovative ways.
+ Vital Signs and Basic Data Collection: Takes vital signs, measures intake/output, height, and weight, and obtains routine lab samples
+ Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provides comprehensive support for bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and toileting
+ Patient Mobility & Support: Assists with patient equipment, transfers (bed to chair), and transportation within the facility
+ Observation, Reporting & Safety: Monitors patient progress, identifies needs for medical intervention, removes hazards, and maintains clean, orderly patient...
