Job Summary
Nak’azdli Health Centre is seeking a Community Health Nurse to join our dynamic and progressive health team. This position provides a comprehensive range of core nursing functions and services in Nak’azdli Whut’en, Fort St. James, BC , within the areas of Community and Public Health . The Community Health Nurse promotes and maintains the health of individuals, families, groups, and the community through culturally safe, trauma‑informed, and holistic nursing practice. This role is grounded in the principles of Primary Health Care , with a strong focus on health promotion, disease and injury prevention, population health protection , Prenatal/Postnatal, Family, and Maternal‑Child Health .
