- Develop, implement and evaluate clinical-based education to meet the competency and learning needs
- Facilitate induction, supervise and support for nurses by delivering an appropriate induction and Continuing Nursing Education program
- Perform clinical supervision and regular assessment of nurses' competencies
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education
- Design curriculum, incorporating active and creative learning methods, evaluation and innovation in nursing education
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Degree in Nursing.
- Certificate / Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education
