**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Post Procedure Unit Nurse** at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center, you will assume a vital leadership role in our Post Procedure Unit, focusing on assessing patient/family health problems and resources, and developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care plans. This direct care RN position provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations, serving diverse age groups from young adult to geriatric.
Every day you will provide comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care, meticulously organizing and prioritizing patient activities to balance their needs and comfort. You will act as a patient advocate through holistic practices.
