We’re setting up interviews for a respected private hospital based in Southern Sydney, delivering palliative care across community and private hospital environments, offering you the best of both worlds. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients in their homes and aged care settings, while also being connected to a structured, well supported clinical environment within the hospital.
This is a role that offers real autonomy in your practice, combined with strong multidisciplinary support. You’ll play a key role in delivering holistic, patient centred care to people with complex, life limiting conditions, supporting them and their families through every stage of their journey.
