Are you a Nurse Practitioner who believes that healthcare should meet people where they are – without judgement, without barriers, and with compassion at the centre of every interaction?
The Gilbert Centre is looking for an experienced NP to join our HIV and HCV Clinical Services team. In this role, you will provide direct clinical care to people living with or at risk of HIV and hepatitis C – many of whom face significant barriers to accessing traditional healthcare. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that practises harm reduction, centres client autonomy, and is guided by a deep commitment to health equity.
This is not a supervisory role. It is a hands‑on clinical position where you will work alongside an RPN, an RN, a Clinical Support Worker, Linkage to Care, Care Coordinators, and the Health Program Manager to deliver care grounded in justice, informed by lived experience, and responsive to the real needs of our communities....
